Rodents are in every neighborhood.
Hearing strange noises in your attic? Do you see unidentified droppings on kitchen counters or floors? Does it look like something has been getting into sealed food or your garbage? You may have a rodent problem. Rodents are in every neighborhood. Our beautiful weather and lush landscape make the perfect habitat for rats and mice. Usually they are perfectly happy outside, but when an opportunity presents itself, they can get inside your home.
We offer two types of rodent control programs, elimination and prevention.
Elimination consists of finding the rodent entry points, sealing these points of entry, and then trapping the rodents that are inside.
Prevention consists of placing tamper resistant bait stations around the exterior perimeter of your home to eliminate the rodents as they enter your property, before they can get into your home.
Some important points to remember:
Even the cleanest and best kept homes can have rodent problems.
Trees that are hanging over or touching your home can be highways for rodents allowing them to gain entry to your home.
Holes in soffits, fascia boards, dryer vents, garage vents and air conditioner lines are typical points of entry.
If you feed birds, cats, dogs and other animals outside, pick up the leftover food. The leftovers can attract rodents and other undesirable wild life.

On the fence? Just a reminder. Rodents can cause considerable damage by gnawing on wood, pipes and electrical lines. They also can transmit a variety of diseases.
